What do you think we should definitely try in Poland?! 😋
Wodzionka 😂😂😂😂
Rolada
To be honest, you got more views doing videos in Asian countries. I was interested in your channel but now I am not.
@@dd19892Tant pis pour toi.
Karolina ma coś w sobie, taką elegancję, ale naturalną szczególnie jak mówi po polsku.
We would call her in England - An English Rose 🌹
@@JayeshChhayaIs she actually Polish, though? Most Polish women are quite racist, so I'm guessing she isn't a Pole
@@legallyregardedwhere did you get that knowledge from? CNN? The company behind it arranged celebrating of Hitler's birthday.
Im Polish Canadian and love that sour white borscht! We always have it on Easter. Im from a traditionally Polish neighborhood of Toronto and theres a polish market that serves it year round. 🇨🇦 ❤ 🇵🇱
Thanks for sharing!! In my family we have it every year for Easter breakfast 😍 Which is kind of unusual to eat a soup that early but we all really like this little tradition! And it's so tasty haha. Glad to hear you can try it out in Canada too ❤️ [Karolina]
Beef Tartare must be eaten with cold frozen vodka 😃 at least 2x 50 ml. It's called "binocular" 🤣
Karolina actually told me that most of the times you eat it in the evening with a shot of vodka - BUT TWO?! Polish people are crazy 🤪
Hi Jay, congratulations on the video you made 😁
Hi Karolina, you're nice 🥰
You are very nice people. I like your flexibility and curiosity while looking for the new taste.
Everybody should taste different cuisines.
So nice of you mentioning it! Wherever we go, we like to taste the local cuisine as well as try different less popular dishes since only then you really can get a sense of the culture! Thanks for watching 😍
If you eat Tarar you need mix everything lik egg and all vege dip withaout the butter. Butter you put on beakery and after that you pu that mix meat oslo for taste you give salt and peppernd you are have ready tatar to eat .
Such a good combination! My mouth is watering now 😅
The best WZ-ka cake for me, is definitely at the 2nd oldest pastry shop in Poland, called Chmielewski in Lublin. Nobody does it better 🎉
Sounds like a dreamy place! 😍 Need to visit Lublin next time when in Poland because it’s really not far away from Warsaw 🙌
@JayeshChhaya That pastry place in Lublin has some crazy history, during the WW2 Germans took ownership from the original owner that was running that shop from 1900 and after the war, communists took it from the Germans till 1990.
The family of the original owner got it back in 1992 and are using original recipes for their pastries from 1900's, unbelievable time capsule with balcony on the second floor.
Cheers from Tennessee 🇺🇲
Any other recommendations for WZ? I love this cake 😍
Wow yummy,cool bro👍
Everything should end with dessert! Perfect meal! Btw Karolina doing Jayesh closing video should be official one :)
I agree!! I am the biggest fan of the saying: "There's always room for dessert" ✍🏻 Because for dessert, however, all foodies (like me) have a separate belly 🤪
🥳 Wow ! Was Pozdrawiam 🙏😘🥂from Marek Von Freudenberger - Grabka 🏴

Wow the food looks soo good. I love zurek and that rurka, and potato pacakes. Gulasz is just okay and I haven't tried the other foods/desserts but afterwatching your video i want to :)
You should! We actually love filming these foodie videos because we have some excuses to try delicious food! Honestly that żurek was the best one we had in a long time 😍✌️
And the cakes were very traditional! That coffee shop was a true hidden gem :)
Thanks!
Thank you so much Phat Lam for the continuous support 😍😍😍 You're a legend!
Looks like a delicious meal ❤😂😂Yummy
Delicious indeed haha :)
You need to try galonka I love it but you did make me hungry lol luckily I make a few dishes 😉
I tried Galonka in Zakopane - you are in for a surprise haha
Great series,
It looks like it is almost a cashless society in Poland, even more so than other parts of Europe.
Do they always include the service charge?
can they add more if you decide to tip them more?
Cheers
Most of the times when you go to a restaurant there's a service charge of 10% - however if you want to give more, you can always do it 😬 It depends on the place but nowadays you can leave the tips as well on the card!
3:21 your face 😂❤
😂😂😂
YES! FIRST LIKE! 🤍🤍🤍 BIG FAN 💯
Thank you 💪
@@JayeshChhaya Any plans for PHILIPPINES? 🥺🤍
Any other places in Warsaw for WZ? Its almost forgotten cake now
I've eaten it once before in Cukiernia Kukułka :) It was a shape of a big cake so I ordered just a slice but it was huge and I truly loved it!!! maps.app.goo.gl/R4cqP5rsypNJHDm48 [Karolina] ❤️
Tatar z koniny jest najlepszy
That’s quite particular, isn’t it???
@@JayeshChhaya Horsemeat tartare was once common in Poland. People in this country have gone crazy and are running away from meat. I must admit that caring for animals in the countryside meant that I didn't eat meat for two months. Unfortunately, the body itself needs animal protein.
@@prtelewizjato gdzie ty na tej wsi byłaś. Dobry gospodarz zawsze dba o swój inwentarz
This dish also has another name: Gypsy pancakes. :)
Interesting! I’ve never heard it and Jay probably neither 🤪 [Karolina]
🎉😊
been to poland in school years ago to visit the concentration camps , i found the food very good when we ate at different places most nights we also went to Wieliczka Salt Mine which was interesting
I agree, the food is super delicious! You just cannot resist once you start 😩🇵🇱
Yes, many people go to the Auschwitz concentration camp as well as Salt Mine Wieliczka especially when they visit Kraków, since these are the iconic and of a great historical significance places in the South! Glad you enjoyed it! [Karolina]
Do you like Polish culture?
Most definitely! I love that Poland has its own identity and that cultural values are kept alive - in the UK we have lost that sense of cultural identity and pride in our country.
What is your nationality? Or your parents?
I’m British. My parents were born in Africa. My grandparents were born in India. So I’m British Indian 🫡
Comment for algorithm 😉
Thank you sir!
Every dish looks and tastes good other than S Tatar.
As a youngster visting Poland 40 years ago I tried Steak Tatar and never again RUMBLES in the tum.
I think you must have had not the most positive experience! Maybe the meat wasn't fresh? At the end of the day Beef Tatar is solely raw meat so it needs to be of a great quality 😳
Placki z gulaszem to raczej węgierska potrawa
Yes, indeed, but it’s very Polish too 🤭
Polish food >>>> 😮💨 Delicious, but might be heavy to digest (sometimes) 🤫
That's true! But it's hard to stop eating once you start 😜
Dlatego niektóre dania są tylko do wódki😂😂
Awesome video, but guys come on. Goulash with pork? This should be penalized. Goulash only with beef! :)
When you gonna be around Opole again drop in to "Restauracja Ogrodowa" in Kędzierzyn-Koźle and ask for "Placek po Węgiersku".
Opole is in a region of Poland called Silesia.
So Ask Karolina. Right ? To show you regional cuisine very different from Polish. That region's specialty is "Rolada Śląska" with "kluski" and red cabbage. You won't regret it :)
I actually thought of the same after eating it because usually my Mum would make Goulash with beef 🫣 And she is also the biggest lover of "Placek po Węgiersku" - thanks for the recommendation, noted!!! [Karolina]
Whenever we come to Opole, we always both insist of having Kluski with Rolada - I'm also happy because Jay usually doesn't eat a lot of veggies but his favourite is "Kapusta Czerwona" (red cabbage) haha
Will definitely need to do a video about Silesia region! It will feel awesome promoting where I come form ❤️
are you couple?
Yes! We met in 2019 back in London 😄
Jeez, when I see potatoe pancakes not home made but already bought like that, it means you have to run 😢😢😢 and don't even tell me they are delicious, where this women is taking you? Tell her to make homemade ones, you will see the difference
They were freshly made, soft from the inside and crispy from the outside 👍 Didn't look like the ones Karolina's Mum makes but it was a restaurant.
@@JayeshChhaya they were all the same, straight from frozen products aisle, deep fried. If they were made from scratch, each would be various shape, that's how it should be
😂😂😂 You both have no idea how to prepare and eat tartar beef!
In my family we always mixed everything all together 🤪 How could you eat it otherwise? [Karolina]
do tatara koniecznie kieliszek wódki, wtedy unikniesz ewentualnych kłopotów zolądkowych! pozdrawiam serdecznie i wszystkiego najlepszego zycze
That's how Polish people handle any possible indigestion 😂😂😂 We loved that tartare though! Thank you!
Sorry my Hungarian brothers and sisters, but we adopted one of your national dishes to ours - Polish! :D
But we remember - it's a Hungarian best of! ; ]
Are you talking about the potato pancakes with goulash? 😬 I’m still dreaming of it to be honest haha. So good!
Cały problem w tym że gdy Węgrzy przyjeżdżają do nas to są bardzo zdziwieni gdyż to w Polsce spotykają się pierwszy raz z tym daniem....lol
Polish gulasz is not like Hungarian gulas
Placek po Węgiersku nie jest potrawą Węgierską ,! Czy ryba po Grecku jest potrawą Grecką nie.Czy pierogi Ruskie są Ruskie nie i tak dalej i dalej
