Heg we had to discontinue Nexbelt sales last summer. To be frank we had too many returns and breakages mostly with buckles. On a recommendation we started carrying Kore belts in teh shop last Nov. No issues so far and customers come back to buy more. It's proven to be a better belt all around for us. ANd I have to say that Nexbelt camo is awful. Multicam is far better.

I had no clue when I first got into carrying how much a stiff, good belt makes a difference in comfort. I have a Kore belt and it is very nice.

Stop bullying nextbelt. They have not been around as long as the kore belts, have half the selection of models, use some weird chinese camos and break down a lot sooner so its not fair to compare.

I have worn a Nexbelt for the last 2-3 years. It eventually started to fray, and twist. The ratcheting mechanism gets bound up. I picked up a Kore yesterday and can already tell it is an upgrade. The operation of the ratcheting mechanism is night and day better on the Kore, and the rigidity, plus extra stitching is a recipe for success. Very happy with my purchase!

I've used a leather Kore gun belt for years. It has held up wonderfully. I recently upgraded to the buckle seen here and it is more comfortable than the older, boxier metal style. BTW, the ad before this video was for a stretchy elastic gun belt that looked terrible. =P

I purchased both nexbelt and kore belt in Jan. I have been swapping them out as my daily carry to get a feel for each. The best way I can compare them is to say that nexbelt does NOT come with a belt keeper to prevent the tip from sticking out because it doesn't need it. The kore belt needs a belt keeper because it is stiffer and from what I can tell a little better constructed. Also on occasion the buckel on my nexbelt sticks or is hard to move the belt thru it. Kore glides thru very easy and locks solid. It feels more satisfying. Having said that, the nexbelt is not bad but I would say not as good as the kore belt from my observations. Maybe bevcause kore has been making them longer.

If you're carrying a firearm and have a 54 inch waist perhaps you should be more worried about diabetes getting you than a mugger!

Good job reviewing these. I have had my Kore Essentials nylon tactical gun belt for a few years now and absolutely love it. I have found nothing else better on the market.

I've been watching Hegshot for a couple years and I know he always recommends these Kore essentials belts. Glad I listened and finally ordered one. Works perfectly and wears very comfortably. Truly a great EDC belt.

Watching RUclips, I came across a lot of videos like this one that talked about these KORE Belts So I decided to give them a try. These Belts are GREAT! I bought the X5 Tactical OD Green With added FDE Belt, then order the X7 Belt and now just ordered the USMC Buckle with Leather Belt. Great Product THX

Hegshot just received my new Kore Western edc belt and I couldn't be more satisfied. I can't believe how much more comfortable it is to carry a full size 1911. No sag at all. Extremely happy with this belt. My search for the perfect carry belt is over. KORE has my vote. As a matter of fact I was so happy with my Kore belt that I was showing it off to a friend, he has just received his new Kore edc western gun belt. thanks again for such a great product.

I prefer the Nexbelt. The release leaver is a bit harder to find and actuate in comparison to the Kore, especially if your used to the Kore, but after getting used to the Nexbelt I actually prefer it that way. I think the streamlined buckle and tapered belt end design makes it way easier to put on and work even better with appendix rigs. Another plus for the lower profile release lever with appendix carry too. No need to slide the buckle to one side or the other, but if you did, the streamlined design helps slide it through the belt loops.
