Hi Don , thanks for showing this item. I was not aware of it but I can imagine how important it could be. The sooner you troubleshoot a problem the better usually. A bit of a learning curve to using it I'm thinking. Dale in Canada 🇨🇦
Hay Dale, They are pretty easy to learn how to use. There are actually a couple of pretty decent corporate type training videos on youtube on how to use them. That's why I didn't get in depth on that aspect in my video. But once you get it and a little practice, WOW, its like night and day doing diagnostic work. I also like being able to track my machines condition over a time frame to ensure I don't have any issues creeping up on me. Pre-emptive strike MX. Glad you like s it. Don
I wish those were around back when I was an auto mechanic. Beats the heck out of a screwdriver against the ear. I learned a long time ago that vibration noises are tricky ... they will travel. More often than I care to think about, I'd think the cause was one place and then find it was something else entirely. Anybody with a shop filled with old tools or looking to get a better cut/finish will get a lot of use out of this.
Interesting tool, thanks for showing. Don, your craftsman is running exeptionally smooth. Good job on that old machine.......was laughing when u said china....said it in german....cool.
Hi, i was wondering..if you have a shaft that produces vibrations and you want to measure the 2 bearing at the ends of the shaft...will it measure corrct???

Absolutely. I really like being able to know for sure at which point the problem is stemming from. Don

Very impressive tool and thanks for showing how it works. You do some cool videos.
Thanks Bruce. I'm glad someone thinks it. Appreciate the kudos. I try to stay just a little off the norm. Don
I have a picscope and cheap piezo for vibration test on cars, you can do wonders with all this tools

Yes absolutely. You'll need to check at each bearing though.
