Ece in cusat or ece in gec?
Core CS subjects can be studied in both CS & IT , I don't know why students are choosing other branches like ECE where they have less exposure to CS subjects. They should choose IT if they are not getting CS. Placements and future opportunities are same for CS & IT.
It's a misconception bro. Cs or IT students won't ge able to design chips and maintain electronics industry
@@illuminanti8161 Bro I get it if somebody chooses ECE out of true passion for that branch but what I meant is that majority of the students just want to get into software industry and they never leave the industry for hardware and we all know only few gets selected in companies like Qualcomm .

Go for CSE with specialization or IT . If you choose ECE you have to study your core papers and study DSA on your own. And that is not an easy task for everybody. I am not saying it's an impossible task but if you have a better option why take this risk.

Yes IT is good. SOE Cusat is better than any colleges under KTU. Syllabus is bit tougher and difficult to pass. Fees is also higher
28 k for state merit 96 k for all India merit.
