Getzville was always desireable, Rooties Pump Room was a favorite. Feels so small now. Going back to WNY for Labor Day. Been almost 20 years since I left.

Transit Valley! That brings back memories. My grandparents were members for the longest time (my grandfather loved to golf). We used to go to the Easter brunch there when I was a little kid.

@@buffaloliving2.0devontedav65 literally just left the village hall. You know williamsville is getting ready for the coop market to announce a site. May help you sell with that being in the area.

    Hey Devonte,
a potential buyer is speaking, is it a good time to jump into market or it is better to wait for now?

Also how far from the airport is safe (considering both the noise and carbon monoxide pollution)

      Yes I wouldn’t wait,
There’s a lot of information out there, everybody has an opinion about what’s going on. Currently housing prices are not dropping , they are sitting a little longer. But if it’s a nice house it’s still receiving 2-5 offers on it.
If it sits longer than a month it was offer prices to begin with. There is opportunities to buy for sure!!

When it comes to noise, if you like a block or two away, those Cheektowaga homes have “ airplane insulated windows” it basically reduces the noise pollution.
These are grants given out by the government,
They also have another grant coming up this year. Really depends on how close you live to the airport

It looks good there, but downtown needs a facelift.
