Really sucks how they took out so many of the RPG elements of the game. It's still fun, but it doesn't feel like an RPG that much. Hopefully that will change whenever Fallout 5 comes out, whenever that will be.
@@dranzerjetli5126 I don't know about that, the Obsidian today is not the Obsidian that made New Vegas, most of the devs who worked on NV have left the company. People who think Obsidian can save Fallout tend to forget that, if they were somehow able to make the next Fallout game it's not going to be like New Vegas cause the original devs aren't there anymore.
@@TeCHnORiOT I think the number one thing Fallout needs is good writing. New Vegas and 3 have the same engine, but New Vegas is amazing because its story is so great. All Bethesda needs to do is hire good writers and get out of their way.

What part of that last detail was cut from the game, I've played the game recently and I remember the option to choose those dialogues for the interview?
You know as an Australian, I liked the history it taught. I didn't know that the Minutemen and Railroad where real people. How the Minutemen were the very first American resistance to the British. And that the Railroad helped people out of slavery during the Civil War. During the days of President Abraham Lincoln. 🙂 Boston and Philadelphia where one of the first American cities ever built. And the Massachusetts Institute of Technology is one of the oldest universities in the US. 😁

when i was playing f3 and fnv, i got my dad to translate the morse code msgs as he learned morse code in his army days, his eyes lit up when he heard it, beeping away.

I'm currently doing a playthrough getting allied with every settlement BEFORE I meet any faction, its refreshing to say the least, though not sure how it will work with the minutemen since there will be no free settlements to join them hahaha MINE! THEYRE ALL MINE BRHUUHA HA HA HA HA HAAAAA!!!
There are actually some post-war magazines, so I'm pretty sure Pipe guns are post-war as well, and them spawning in safes is just an oversight in the lore.
I think post war magazines would not keep up the impression quality from pre war ones. Even because, for example, Piper Journals have pretty poor and simple impression quality. But who knows? Actually being only post war makes as much sense as being pre war.

I actually found out in F:NV, if you kill Caeser and his guards while having Benny captured or releasing him, he will give a special line of dialogue.
Huh neato. All "special" or hidden lines in NV don't surprise me anymore even if i don't know about them.

Pipe rifles have been around since Fallout 2.
