    Great video, can this be used to just connect to random cell towers and a router to boost internet speed?

      No, they only communicate using the WiFi protocol and do not use 3G, 4G or 5G cell phone frequencies or protocols.

    Thanks for uploading this video ! This looks interesting however my wife is in the background with the face of disapproval so maybe a project for the future. Just out of interest though, would this be a band C situation or can you get by with band B, and incidentally I'm not entirely sure if OFCOM have released band C for internal use without a license yet I can't seem to get a straight answer from anywhere If you or anyone else knows I would be very grateful for the info.

      These devices when set to UK will only allow you to use Band B. If set to USA they only allow what I think is C. I'll be using whatever the least busy frequency is in the selection it allows me to use when set to UK :)
      Not sure on the licensing question; ispreview forums might be a good place to ask.
