I bed lined the inner peace's, blends in much better. Wish they offered close out plates so we could actually have lockable storage. Have contacted them multiple times and they just say they were working on it. Last message I got from them was they needed a Colorado so they could take measurements. Will probably just end up making my own.
Like you Rich, I live in SoCal and I’m very glad I fumbled onto your channel while looking into superchargers. I think I’ve watched your whole series. It’s nice to see a non agenda engineering type attitude exploring all these different upgrades. This tailgate dealio looked to me like something you might find interesting Rich. It’s not low budget, but I think you’d expect to pay something for the kit. I ride dirtbikes occasionally, so I just bought a ‘22 ZR2 extended cab long bed. I haven’t found Goose to make a rear seat delete for the extended cab. This makes me very sad, because the rear seat area on the smaller ext cab is totally useless for larger than leprechaun peoples and the little seats they put back there just take up space and disrupt the flat floor. Let me know if you ever hear of Goose spinning up a delete kit for ext cabs!
That looks very nice & good video. I would like to do the same to my Colorado but I put the ESP lockbox back there so the Goose Gear won’t work with it. I’ll probably have to DIY something so I can still reach the lock box.
@@TheDisillusioned1811 got it. Definitely have to go custom. I'm thinking about fabbing up an aluminum organizer for under the GG delete. Somethign more proprietary for my needs
Just got back from Mojave trail. It's extremely resistant to marring or scratching. I have had my 60 lbs tool kit strapped on it and carry my Roam 65L Ice chest full while I'm wheeling. Looks like its brand new with just a wipe down.
Just curious why didn’t you remove the back passenger driver side seat belt as well if you wont be using it? May be just me but i wouldn’t want to look at it with it having no function. Still enjoy the video. Didn’t know these products were around. (I don’t own a truck but i would love to own a Colorado one day)
thanks for checking out the channel and for leaving a comment. I very much so though of removing it but it leaves a hole in the rear pillar where the belt mount would be and that would have bothered me just as much. Also you notice how quickly the delete panel goes down its only 5 bolts and you can drop your seat in so Its quick for when i need to carry 4 adults. For what it is worth, I will never use the rear middle seat so that center seat belt was easy to justify removing.

It's more a function of priority as there are much higher demand products in their development list and as a manufacturer, its an issue I understand.
This is exactly what I was wanting to get. Good video, thanks 👍
Looks great Rich! I just purchased a full delete, think I’ll install the 60 first and see if I need the 40.
I have the same program going on. I need the extra seat still for the time being.
I wish they made stuff for the Ext cab. I have a flat platform over the seats, beats hell out trying to use the seats to hold anything.
I’m not affiliated and have only seen the picture but this tailgate thing looks pretty cute.

I called Goose. They said Colorado extended cabs are on their list, but not close to the top. So a solid, probably someday! :)

Is that the box / gun case that goes under the seat and locks?
That is the box. The door is a swings upward so you could not access it through those hatches.

Very cool!!
How has this held up? Just placed my order for both, agree with a lot of the comments below (bedlining them to match more, close out plates, etc).

Does the driver seat still go back all the way? Great video!
I have the same setup for my Colorado and Yes the seat will go all the way back.
The seat will go all the way back.
