Forgot how good the battle golf vlogs were. One minute team mates split second later enemies. Loved how bernie said one the 1st tee I want to hit iron but don't want to damage the tee box. Yet Jordan dug down to Australia on the 6th whilst using a driver 😂 I won't comment on the outfit 😂

Last time I saw a jacket like Dan's was I think in the sixties, watching "The Prisoner" !!!
It's all going off here.... First we have the Charlestone intro music, then we've got Bernie in his jogging bottoms looking like a middle-aged dad about to do the Stockholm school-run, then we've got 'Get Up Dan' looking like a cross between Val Doonican and a reject 'Blue-Coat' from Minehead..

Been living in NZ for sixteen years, but I was a member at East Sussex National 20 years ago and was lucky enough to win The Silver Cup in 2004. Some great memories . Thanks, love the content….

Played this course loads and is very local to me.
And I have my society day there next month on the west course.
It’s a great knock and in my opinion nicer than the east.
Cant wait to see how you navigate it as I know that place like the back of my hand.

Played this course quite a bit it's definitely the better of the two courses I always enjoyed this course not sure about the cloths Dan but I'm sure Bernie is trying to hang onto his youth with those trousers 😂🤣
Dan is making a fashion statement with his choice of clothing and looks very smart as always, Bernie on the other hand appears to be going through a mid life crisis with those jogging bottoms, at least he wont get mud on them !!

Yes 🎉can’t believe I was playing there last week (lads away trip). The west course is by far the most interesting and challenging course out of the two. It’s nice to see you playing and thinking about how I played 😂 the greens had recovered from the treatment and were lightning quick. It’s was tiring as we walked it (massive hills 😴) I hope you managed all 18 as can’t wait to see the rest of the round. ⛳️
Interesting how non-members see things. As a member I can tell you the East plays two shots harder off the blues and three off the golds. Mainly because of the back 9 on the East.
If you played off the Whites, then I can see how the East would be less interesting, but it wasn’t designed to be played that way. The West is prettier and more appealing off the Whites I’d imagine.
I think a pair of slippers would go with the new look Dan😀
I played East Sussex a couple of weeks ago and the west course was my favourite, I found it had a little more character than the east.
questions abound re attire....would I wear Dan's cardy? Absolutely, just not on a golf course...would I wear Bernie's pants? Not in a million years could I pull those off (figuratively speaking of course)....have I ever seen a fairway wood el'hoselled? no don't think so, that seems new to me. Great content as always gents, cheers!

Played this on a 2 day away day. Greens were rapid! I have to say I preferred the east course but maybe it’s due to hangover next day on the west 😂

Oh my...I've been to the UK a couple times but "English" english is a second language, did I understand Dan correctly? Sounded like Dan said when they go on a multi day trip that Bernie slept "rough"...and while I like the mental images of Dan and Jordan waiting patiently on the tee in the morning seeing Bernst rolls out of the bushes beside the tee a min before tee off (whatever course they are on) like The Green Man...or find him already at the course, hours early, cooking sausages in the car park running a small illicit boot sale...I do hope Dan at least offers him a room...lol.

Bernie, why don't you go back to your cack handed chipping, which i thought helped you a lot. I went that way myself after chipping the normal way for years and found my scores came down. In fact Matt Fitzpatrick uses this method and if it's good enough for the US open champion Why not??
