Shame about the music, totally unsuitable for this ride. And LoL the idiots riding in cotton short sleeved shirts, shorts and canvas shoes for prostrate cancer. Dress for the slide not the ride. We have DGR in the UK and everyone still wears proper protective motorcycle clothing boots and gloves.
Nonsense in the UK there are enough only in dapper/tweed. As long as you only do the low speed procession its fine. Personally I always put aa full protection on but let them be. live and let live
the whole DGR thing is spent, the original ethos was not to start or end at a dealership, bobbers, cafe racers and custom bikes only, now its any monkey that shows up.
In all my years of riding, I've never needed anything more than basic denim for protection...but then I'm also one to ride with conscious self-awareness of my surroundings, namely that everyone's out to kill me. Ride understanding that you're invisible to other motorists, and you'll ride smartly.
