I love that you put them all in the background as you were opening them, so cute! I was being wishy washy over ordering one of the animal series dolls yesterday after watching xcanadensis' video, but I waited too long and when I went to order one today they were sold out :'( I'm super happy with how popular these mini BJDs are though, that should mean that there will be more similar dolls in the future!
Lemon is my favorite. She is so cute and green is my favorite colour.
If you're looking for stands, I highly recommend the Nendoroid doll stands! They have ones with little adjustable claws that you can fit around the doll's waist 🙂

I think these guys hands can be removed without needing something to hold the hook in place. Just unhook the hand and hook on the new one.
However, using a toothpick or something similar to hold the hook in pace will make your life easier
