The cement, sand and water are mixed together first and then a foam made of small, strong air bubbles is then added to the mix. Mix everything for about 15-30 seconds and the lightweight concrete is done - ready for pouring (for block - its poured into large molds and then the material, after about 2-3 hours, is cut into individual blocks typically: 20cm x 60cm x various thicknesses).

Note: for higher volume plants, a semi-auto plant is better (lower production costs)
24 kg is nothing. This test do not tell anthing. The real test would be in tension, because, most of the failiures happen when the screw is under tension...
