I downloaded this lot and my sims can’t go to the second floor :’( there’s nothing in their way, I’m confused

@@lachantagraham9983 I’ve been scratching my head for days 😂So my best guess is that the platform downstairs creates a height problem bc my child sims can go up with no problem, only adults are affected.
