I think you should knock out the wall between the kitchen and dining room and have a large kitchen breakfast room. By the time you put your kitchen units in, you may find the kitchen more closed in. I definitely think the glass doors (black or grey) would look stunning and keep the sitting room separate and cosy xx 😘
