The New Great Maple Modern American Eatery at Pixar Hotel

We check out the new Great Maple Modern American Eatery at Pixar Hotel. Boy, that’s a long name. We had breakfast there on November 28, 2023. The food was just ok. Small portions for such a high price. And it came out so quickly, you’d think it was pre-made buffet style that you’d find in a small hotel that serves up free breakfast. Perhaps lunch and dinner is better. We did not check out the drinks at the bar, but if it’s anything like Trader Sam’s or Palm Breeze Bar at the Disneyland Hotel, they’ve got a winner.
We loved the atmosphere and the environment. Even enjoy the outdoor seating with fire pit.
We also checked out the renovation progress at the Pixar hotel pool. loved what they have done with a fun upscale pool area, and outdoor hangout with fire pits. Looking forward to when the bar area opens up, where they will be serving food.
