This is a nice recipe and you have shown nicely. Thank you.
But this is not a new recipe..atleast here in Banagalore and also in south of Karnataka. We have been making this for more than 20 years.
Some of us add a little sambar powder also. But that is optional.
In the end please add a tsp of lemon juice and little jaggery to balance the slight bitterness of menthya leaves.
Goes well with hot rice, chapathi and dosa also.
