At the time, he gained some weight, and he had a beard-he looked the grown man he was. JT and JC kept themselves clean shaven with light stubble (if sporting it). That allowed them to be more marketable in terms of appearance since a majority of fans were young girls. It's a dirty business where pure and honest talent is overlooked because of appearances.

lol jc did all the heavy lifting in that group... falsetto j just a pinch a loaf every now and again, and the other guys could always keep it barely keep it together, but I always liked this version of the song... and the background actors coming to life suddenly was an incredible touch
This is the first time I've heard the sound engineers properly balance all the vocal parts for NSYNC. They usually make Chris' or JC's mic too loud during the pure a capella parts. It ends up drowning or Joey who I usually can't hear well. Can't leave a comment without praising the legend JC of course. Greatest tragedy in the history of music that he hasn't put out another album.
He can only sing low keys..falsetto...Jc can sing from low to high keys which is amazing..he has wide range..sometimes Justin voice is so whiney...like he's in pain or something..
