But ഇപ്പോൾ open ആയിട്ട് കാര്യങ്ങൾ പറയാൻ പറ്റുന്നുണ്ട്. അതാണ് reason. പിന്നെ ഐഷു അത് ചെയ്യാൻ മടിയില്ല എന്നാണ് പറഞ്ഞത്. അത് passion ആയിട്ടുള്ള ladies ഉം ഉണ്ട്. അതുപോലെ ഇഷ്ടമില്ലാത്തവരും ഉണ്ട്. അതു understand ചെയ്യുന്ന രീതിക്കാണ് പ്രശ്നം.
Hypochondria. അസുഖം ഉണ്ടോ എന്ന പേടി. എനിക്കും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു കൊറോണ സമയത്ത്. വല്ലാത്ത ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട് ആയിരുന്നു. തല വേദന വന്നാൽ തോന്നും tumor anenn.വയറുവേദന വന്നാൽ വയറിൽ cancer, നെഞ്ച് വേദന വന്നാൽ heart attack, ലൂസ് motion വന്നാൽ കുടലിൽ cancer. ഇങ്ങനെ ചിന്തിച്ചു പേടിച്ചു ഒരുപാട് dr നെ കാണിച്ചു. പലരും പല മരുന്നും തന്നു. വായിൽ പുണ്ണ്, നെഞ്ചിൽ എന്തോ കുടുങ്ങി കിടക്കുന്ന പോലെ. ഞാൻ മരിച്ചാൽ husband മക്കളെ നോക്കുമോ എന്ന ചിന്ത. 3, 4മാസം ഞാൻ ഇങ്ങനെ നടന്നു. ടെൻഷൻ അടിച്ചു മെലിഞ്ഞു എന്ത് പറ്റി എന്ന് കാണുന്നവരൊക്ക ചോദിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങി. അവസാനം ഞാൻ നാട്ടിലെ പ്രായം ചെന്ന ഒരു dr കാണിച്ചു. അദ്ദേഹം എന്റെ മുഴുവൻ അസുഖങ്ങളും ചോദിച്ചറിഞ്ഞു. എന്നിട്ട് ഒരു എഴുത്തു തന്നു. മറ്റൊരു dr കാണാൻ പറഞ്ഞു. നോക്കിയപ്പോ psychiatric. അങ്ങനെ അവിടെ കാണിച്ചു 1 മാസം കൊണ്ട് എല്ലാ അസുഖവും മാറി. എല്ലാം എന്റെ തോന്നലുകൾ ആയിരുന്നു എന്ന് ഞാൻ തിരിച്ചറിഞ്ഞു.
എനിക്കും ഉള്ള ഒരു സ്വഭാവമാണ് രാത്രി ഭക്ഷണം കഴിച്ചതിനുശേഷം അടുക്കളയിൽ കിടക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ പാത്രങ്ങളും കഴുകി വൃത്തിയായി ഇടണം എന്നുള്ളത്. എന്നിട്ട് നേരം വെളുക്കുമ്പോൾ ചെന്ന് ഞാൻ നോക്കും അടുക്കളയിൽ. കാണാൻ എന്ത് രസമാണ് !! അതൊരു സുഖം തന്നെയാണ്.
