Who doesn't love Tiramisu! This version was inspired by a meal at Da Enzo in Rome last year. And a big oops, Tiramisu is from the 60's not the 80's!

Purple Reign am you could use a spiced rum but I think a regular dark rum would be best
@@TheBoyWhoBakes okay, I guess I can experiment then 😊. Luckily here in Florida, we get a decent variety of rum from the Caribbean so I don't have to travel home just to get some.
May I know the temperature of the egg that makes it safe to eat?
can i make this without using the cup and make it in a cake tin ?
Sure but it would have to be a small pan, this only serves 4 and the portion isn’t big

you can yes, you can simply use coffee but I would add some vanilla bean paste and a touch of sugar to balance out the coffee
I'd never seen this version of tiramisu. (With cooked egg yolks)
God's daughter I know a lot of people hate raw eggs so the cooking should avoid that with no change to flavour :)
