I build her to e1 lvl 70, and no more. She's really useful sometimes but the niche she has don't convince me to improve her further, even despite her dialogs beeing so cute. E1 max level is good balance and if you need her, that level is enough to most of situations, witch is not really expensive.

Heavyrain definitely came in handy for me during the EX EB fight.
Being able to cloak my surrounding allies to have them avoid taking the damage from his big AoE attack really helped a lot.

Im going to be honest, since i got her on A Walk in the Dust the first time the event came to global, i oversaw Heavyrain. Her stats were on the lower side compared to chunky girls like Cuora, Nian or Hoshi; even Bison. But on Breaking the Ice event i was illuminated from a random thought that crossed my mind.
This cute zebra can.... pretty much make invisible allies on her axis.... I went to promote her asap. And i faced the strength i oversaw for so long... Degenbreacher (don't remember the proper spelling) could not do anything against my Chalter being covered by Heavyrain, such absurd boss becoming worthless by a small and cute zebra girl... I was truly amazed

I like to use her with a Exusiai buft combo. In that way Exusiai can be a boss killer, and a range boss can't do shit
