Hi Aunty Liew, I am so pleased to see this wonderful Hainanese Community video . I am the 3rd generation and this reminded me so much of my maternal grandparents from Hainan .. They arrived here in Kuching, Sarawak and also set up a small community by inviting all their friends to stay in a rented piece of land . Thank you for shooting this video which reminded us so much of our Hainanese culture and to upkeep the future generation.

It's been a treat to see such colorful Hainan Cultural event. I enjoyed the short segment where the stage performers did everything in Hainanese. If the participants in this event would have all communicated in Hainanese instead of Mandarin, I would have enjoyed it more. Everyone seems to talk in Mandarin I don't understand why

猪皮炒黄梨是我们家必要的菜，虽然妈妈每次大日子才煮可是我现在时不时就会炒来吃。以前小时候，每次听到婆婆说她很喜欢看海南大戏终于让我见识到了。很想念我妈妈跟我婆婆了。我妈妈说我们海南人是最认亲的，一句sukee就有聊不完的话了😅。谢谢Aunty LIEW 和Uncle 拍下这些海南人的点点滴滴。❤

非常期待啊麦这次去海南村的视频😂😂😂当天见啊麦发Facebook （在线等挺急的慌）什么时候才能让uncle快快post 这视频。如果有机会一定会好好去参观一下海南村。毕竟较多的第三/第4…代的海南子孙会说海南话的越见越少。关键是一般如果不是和家里老一辈的阿公阿婆住一起的压根就没机会说海南话。记得小学时候每一年年头第一天去海南会馆领取奖学金入门口如果遇见馆里的前辈不说海南话，会被说😅😅😅😅（不会说海南话还好意思过来拿奖学金啊哈哈哈）
这当中加上家里还在城里开kopitiam，视频里啊麦非常棒棒哒给大家分享了差不多很多小时候经常会吃到嘴里的薏粑，海南鸡饭粒，焖猪肉。一次过满满的回忆回来了😋😋😋。大家都很喜欢看阿麦 她太亲切，几乎每一次都是这样称呼自己的老粉是网友 不是粉丝。还是要感恩uncle 每一次都是这样辛苦的拍摄技术，剪辑加上发视频给大家看看❤❤❤❤❤uncle 娶了阿麦是他的福气😊😊😊
