EOL - end of life. It's called like this, because when the tube starts flickering and flashing, it is the end of it's life. It will flicker and flash until one of the cathodes brakes therefor - dies.
@@mr.dahliaking.202 a tube with 1 cathode healthy is still a good tube to my ballast... It still keeps them working right. I had a tubelight completely burned from 1 side, it continued to light good until both ends were burned and melted filaments.
the Pila tubes has the same quality as Philip but those tubes (made by Pila) are a lot cheaper, I have a lot of Pila 40w t12 ones and all of them are about 30 or 50 years old and still working! now that is a quality!
And philips T8 tubes are a pile up of shit. It took less than a year to burn out and die completely. Whilst an already burnt out from 1 side T12 from Sylvania has been still working a year after it s supposed eol that didn t kill it......
Beim ersten Teil des Videos sind normale Starter in den Lampen, weil sie so blinken, weil sie kaputt sind, aber im zweiten Teil dieses Videos leuchten die Röhren wieder aber die Elektroden/Glühfäden sieht man auch mit Leuchten, ich vermute das andere Starter drin sind.
