Pan is already set in his lifestyle when Wendy comes into his life and he falls for her. But she has a very important question for him, "Will you still love me when I'm no longer young and beautiful?" He takes that as a joke at first, not understanding why she is asking that if she will live forever in Neverland. But then Wendy gets sick and he starts seeing the reality of it. She goes back home and he goes to get her when shes better. She asks him the same question and he doesnt answer but tells her that she has to come back. When they arrive back home he gets attacked and Wendy comes to see him. In his way (throug death) he asks her if she will also love him when hes no longer beautiful.
But lets face it. Peter Pan will always be young and beautiful lol
