I think X Condos is the best looking of the (newer) buildings on Charles architecturally. 80 & 88 are beautiful undoubtedly

regarding 45 charles I worked for the security company that looked after the building early in the building's life. When it was SMS Security running it, And the elevators have been a problem since the very beginning. It's because the company that owns the elevators is nortorious for cutting corners and using cheap parts so that they have to keep coming back and fixing it.
One elevator being disabled made working the shift there miserable because it meant that the security guards were no longer allowed to use the elevator to get to the top floor to begin the floor to floor patrol. They had to walk up... All of those floors. The Chaz did however have a very nice lounge on the 36th floor that was booked for parties etc but also had a fairly powerful Wifi connection.
