You might enjoy the mini Noe. They're discontinued so only available preloved. I picked one up a few months ago and I love it. It has a non-detachable top handle but you can add a crossbody strap. It's a little bigger than the nano so it would fit a phone, sunglasses, etc. without them showing. It's a fantastic go to bag and so easy to use and wear.

Meredith please consider adjusting your camera angle when doing full body video shots. If it's too high it foreshortens your body. You need to have it at about a point which has the human seated position as the view height. Looking down from too high is a common mistake that vloggers make and usually I don't bother giving them this hint. (I'm not sure how to send a PM). I've got a bag that's Morabito that's the same shape more or less. It's very useful and cute. It's got a casual note while at the same time it's young.
