Yes ,any dc motor ,led ,any you can used but , connect relay in series.
How to connect relay with submersible starter?? I'm able to make relay on/off via text message but don't know how to connect relay with Submersible starter. Pls help
Used submersible pump main live or neutral wire , connect Live wire in series with relay module , it's like regular switch conection

Yes, motor directly use kiya hai electricity uper or used relay vo switch ke trah kam karta hai . Or SMS ke sath operate hota hai . Yaha mene battery use ki hai but tum adaptor bhi used karsakte ho.
Arduino code me sirf ekhi Gsm ke sim ka number dalna hai kya....ya hum jis sim se GSM vale sim ko msg krenge vo number bhi dalna hai
(dono bhi numbers insert krna hai na coding me, if yes then sequence me gsm ka number pahila aayega na coding me)
Jis number per messages aayega vahi number dalna hai.gsm me jo sim dala hai uska number nahi dalna hai code me.

5V-2A and 7v battery isn't available...so can we use 3.7V battery and 9V battery respectively

This work on sms control . Here used gsm module for access networks or read sms . One microcontroller used which monitoring whole system or operate as described in code .

If we are using batteries and Electricity then how it was a smart irrigation
Smart irrigation meaning not a battery or electricity . ! ! Actual meaning is " not a person's need to on off switch ,that can operate without people ,no need operators ". if You need to start fan by switching on or off fan by switching off , but in smart system you can directly start fan by one sms or no need to switching on or off .
