    Reminders: Make sure when performing the movement to lean slightly back on the pull down to properly align the body to active one's lats, and to allow for the arms to go all the way back to the top to get the best stretch of the Lats; Also make sure to pull with the elbows and focus on driving one's elbows to their sides to really engage the Lats (Also make sure not to slam the weights as this can damage the cables/machine).
