How can you say that in the desert they were open, undeniable miracles (open violations of nature removing any doubt and willful freedom of choice), - while in the land of Israel, it was through nature? Wouldn't that take away freedom of choice and therefore violate G-D's prime directive?

perhaps the true meaning of "who ever you bless is blessed and who ever you curse is cursed" is that blessed being past tense and cursed being past tense is meaning in other words who ever you blessed is already blessed and who ever you cursed is already cursed. therefore isreal being blessed by god it they are not in range to be cursed by balaam but had god cursed isreal then that would make them in range to be cursed by balaam. then it makes sense later on in the story after balaam inquires of the lord he says how can i curse a nation that god has already blessed. i think that balaak either thought isreal was already cursed there for is in balaams power to curse or by balaaks faith in balaam and lack of choice words in sentence structure he is condemed. had he said "who ever you bless is therefore blessed and who ever you curse is therefore cursed" maybe it would have turned out differently. this is an i enjoy my perspective what do you think

How could you say that Baalam was as great as Moishe, when one of the 13 principles of faith says that there was never a prophet - not before, and not during, and not after - the life of Moshe?

Baalam, was a great prophet as far as the Nations of the World was concerned. Moshe Rabenu was and will always be the greatest Prophet of Israel.

Moshe Rabbeinu and a small group of commandos beat Balak’s representatives to Bilaam. They kidnapped Bilaam and Moshe took his place. Moshe only pretended to be in communication with God, in fact the Brachot were Moshe’s own. The reason? Moshe and God had made a pact before Mei Merivah that Am Yisrael would begin to take over their own protection so that it would not come as a shock to them when they entered the Land. Only one individual figured it out, everyone else was fooled, guess who? Vedok Vetimtsa Kal. 🕎🕎🕎

Dear@@chusidpride7871 And your explanation for how we know this story, why Moshe Rabbeinu's name is not mentioned till after the story, why God doesn't praise our People elsewhere, why God would perform a miracle when unneeded, being doable by human beings, and countless others is????. Still, at least you read it, even if you rejected it out of hand. If you give this understanding a chance your appreciation is inevitable. Thanks. Laylah Tov. Hm YOH

Fine, but how could Moshe Rabbeinu have written this portion of the Torah? No one of our people was there? And if you respond with God told Moshe, you’ve painted yourself into a corner-Moshe didn’t write that. Happy Monday. ❤😮❤ Hm YOH
