6 year degree means that agar apnay masters karna hai aur bachelors ki degree ko complete hoay 6 saal ho chukay hain toh ap is scholarship kay liay eligible NAHI hain
Apko I think 9 years ho chukay hain so ap is scholarship kay liay nahi apply kar saktay. Better to do masters from your current country and then apply for PhD in Germany. Or you can go to Germany without scholarship, tuition fee nahi hoti ya na honay kay barabar hoti hai
