For tripods I'm using the same as the lost ark nexus build. For runes I'm only using focus on maelstrom. Unfortunately re needs to use food to not run out of mana but u can try putting focus runes on death sentence, twin shadows and/or turning slash if you're really opposed to using food.
I’m using rage rune on spin, twinshadow, turning slash, legend focus on malestrom while using food, so you have enough mp and not playing in slomo, try and feel the difference 😊
