Archipelago gives you 30 points a year to use your property. During high season 1 day equates to 3 points. Meaning you can only use it 10 days if you go during high season. I know cause I purchased in Reserva Real and got hit with that.
@CONNECTassetmanagementToronto Yeah, that's the same thing we were told before we purchased. Even worse is that they started issuing the units in phases. A friend paid off his unit in December and is still waiting for the management company to take over to rent it. Not bashing Noval just providing some insight from previous buyers.

River Island has a different system, where you can access your unit for as long as you want and rent when you are not using it.
