Sir Ellora construction is generally attributed to the Rashtrakuta king Krishna I (r. 756-773 CE).Hanging Pillar at Lepakshi One popular myth says that it was constructed deliberately this way to highlight the intelligent craftsmanship of the artisans of that era.Ellora and Lepakshi temples were built by South Kinga Rastrakutas and Krishnadevaraya respectively.
The question is not "who" built it or when build it... Question is "how" and more than that "why"... "How" was such massive excavation from top to bottom of a huge monolith rock done with primitive hand tools and "how" was such massive shape given from top to bottom with so much precision like that of computer aided architecture blueprint plans. For the pillar one, one can understand that a pillar is hanging coz others are giving support and (obviously) removing it won't cause any problem coz it is not touching ground, hence not giving support, but if it's not giving support then why removing it compromised the structural integrity of the temple's ceiling?

Really Informative, and the you explained very calmly word by word, thank you for that. One thing to add, I believe you know this, since you're a writer so must've done your research. Narmada (and also Tapti) river flows towards north because of the slope of the rift valley due to parallel faults.
The carving of Elora caves started in sathvahan period from A.D. 600 to 1000 . This wonderful place is funded by different kings vakatak , rashtrakut , chalukya. About the Ellora temple: All of the Ellora monuments were built during the Rashtrakuta dynasty , which constructed part of the Hindu and Buddhist caves and the Jain caves.
i visited kuldhara in early January 2023,and there is actually a proper story to it, there are only a few people around the place Who tell the story of the place. There is a man outside the gates who sits there everyday and tells everyone the story of kuldhara ,the story is = there used to be a governor of the area who had fallen in love with a woman in the village.he had decided to marry her. But the woman was the daughter of the village chief who was a Brahman. it was outrages according to him that a man of a lower caste wanted to marry his daughter. He straight up told the governor that this is not possible. The governor on the other hand was seriously offended.he then ordered his men to go to the village and kill everyone in it. But the news had already reached the villagers who left everything and ran away. That is the actual story of kuldhara.
I've visited Amarkanthak ( origin of narmada river ) you can't imagine that the opening was so small. Just in a 1 * 1 square. the great narmada whose flow was so huge.. Huge respect to sanatan🙏🚩
I can give explanation of Roopkund...There was same genetic trace that was found in those skeleton..Archeologists have said that these skeleton and people there may have been died by following any ritual together or there may be a disaster that occur in past...!!

Dear Akshat I loved your books Hidden Hindu and waiting for the 3rd book. For the 4 lac tonnes of rock could it not be that it was used by kings or people for building palaces or homes or put in simple words all those rocks were consumed throuhout India? just a suggestion.

@@AshishAryal-v6q Malum hai re.

Artists mainly in Paithan(Maharashtra) took many centuries to complete this temple. Please don't give false knowledge to your viewers 🙏 before making any video please do some research.
Exactly 😑
And other things are also proved or can be explained. I'm simply disappointed
Unse galti ho gayi bolne me, wo kailash temple ki baat kr rahe the jo ki ellora city me padta hai...... 🙏
He was talking about the Kailash temple, not Ellora caves. He might have misstated that.
He was Talking about the Kailash Temple which has been Carved from Upside down. Not the Ellora Caves
You are a wonderful person brother thanks 🎉for this program regards from England 🏴
I just completed the book (The Hidden Hindu) around an hour ago. Magneficiently written!
Our tradition, templates and structures are more interesting than Egyptian Culture and Pyramids...bt the world does not that much aware about it..😔
pyramids are more interesting
@@ShwetabhSenpai the way Egypt represents it's history makes that interesting bt we have so many Mistries in our culture which is more interesting than the Pyramids...just we don't know about them...we have a lot mysterious books also..😃
It's ok because pyramids were also help built by hindus...am not sure but I read abt it..apparently there r paintings on the inside of the pyramid showing hindus being the architect of said pyramids..but pls inform if it's wrong
Both are mysterious and very interesting, plz don't bring others down for our ascent, that's not what our Dharma teaches us❤️ Instead, talk more about our Architecture in a friendly, informative way🤗
@@SwapnaRoyGhosh yeah pyramids are more fascinating
Ellora temple built in 10-12th century by Kannada Kingdom Badami Chalukyas. Chalukyas are highly skilled in cave temples u can see in Badami ,the capital.
U still missed Karnataka, Hampi, Badami, Kavaledurga fort, Tulunad
Thank you sir of this great informative video.
Our ancient Hindu Dharma and it's story are till a mistery and it be a mistery till the end of Kali Yuga. Now we are only able to read the ancient scriptures by reading those who much knowledge we gained then think if we able to solve this mysteries how much knowledge we gain. We all must try to gather as much knowledge of our Hindu Dharma as possible.

How did you become an engineer. Do you know the basics about scientific methods. Lol.

About the Ellora temple: All of the Ellora monuments were built during the Rashtrakuta dynasty , which constructed part of the Hindu and Buddhist caves and the Jain caves.
Not Only rashtarakutas. But the Vakatas also took part in creating earlier

i visited kuldhara in early January 2023,and there is actually a proper story to it, there are only a few people around the place Who tell the story of the place. There is a man outside the gates who sits there everyday and tells everyone the story of kuldhara ,the story is =
there used to be a governor of the area who had fallen in love with a woman in the village.he had decided to marry her.
Ya I agree with you bcz my Grandfather's father also there... Nd he also leave that place...

Nice compilation of the myths and mysteries. The things is we never know the truth.
