Isnt webbing better than using a prussik cord for the anchor - anchor plate connection?

Very good info. But I missing something. Is this for a single load or with rescuers plus victim. I missed the life line for the raising part.. Pls. advice
Suggestion belay 540 or Petzl ID.
Koendjbiharie Sarwan petzl I'd works well because you can use it to haul in case main line fails
