- It's the pork knuckle (golonka). This tastes perfect with mustard and horseradish. Potato salad as a side dish. A typical Polish meal. Very delicious.

It tasted really delicious. I have eaten pork knuckle in other countries as well, but in Poland it was the best for me, especially with the mustard and horseradish. So much flavor.
@@JanTomYam i didn't eat Polish golonka but i eat similar dish in the Philippines called Crispy Pata
@@milan79tomic66 I didn't know about this dish from the Philippines. Interesting that there's something similar to pork knuckle out there. Ofcourse pork in general is a staple food in Asia.

@@milan79tomic66 yes and in Belgium too. I made a video about this one, pork knuckle in mustard sauce. That was in the south of Belgium in the city of Namur.
Im sure that meat was excellent. But you missed an opportunity to have that meat with the crispy skin. It is what makes it even more delishious.
Ok, I think I never tried pork knuckle with the crispy skin. Thanks. I will tty this whenever I see this on the menu in Poland or in Belgium or some other country.

One of the best dishes from Poland this is.
Dat is een aardige homp vlees. Ik vroeg me al af of je het op ging krijgen, maar het was iets te veel ;-) Die mierikswortel met Poolse mosterd lijkt me echt lekker. Aardappelsalade combineert perfect met vlees, ziet er ook erg lekker uit moet ik zeggen. Leuke video weer. Ik ga even een bordje pasta bolognese eten ;-)
Ja dat is de varkenshiel. Soms ook de pols/onderpoot. Prachtig vlees. Ik heb hier al verschillende videos over gemaakt. En in combinatie met mierikswortel en/of mosterd geniaal. Poolse aardappelsalade is een perfekte sidedish. Eet smakelijk. Ik heb goulash op het vuur staan.
@@JanTomYam en, is de goulash gelukt? En komt er een video van?
@@PlanetMichell jazeker. De goulash was weer goed gelukt. Veel smaak en vulde goed. Ik heb een paar maanden geleden een kookvideo 'Venison Goulash' gemaakt. Maar misschien nog een keer een video met rundvlees of misschien wat experimentelers als vis. Ik zat er al over na te denken.
