Of all the times Ive watched you play Antag this is imo one of the times where you fit the role of 'station antagonist' rather than many times where it seems most antagonists end up playing more as just station terrorist. Plant man in this was a true enemy of the station with an objective rather than just going on what seem to be ever more creative ways to go on a killing spree.
Fun fact that I didn't know until after playing ss13: Kudzu is a real plant, and it is currently consuming the American south! Real, actual goats are used regularly to keep it in check, too
yea in citadel pod cloning is nerfed to a degree, as in over there the host of the pod needs to haunt the pod to use them. and no perennial trait allowed either on it. Might have been me that causes it over there, as a good premade podseed and on demand soil garden. can beat a maxed out cloner by like 40% in speed from planting to harvesting, it may have led to some uuuhhmm involuntary pod cloning of various degree's. including bypass dnr restrictions if you plant it before they put it on. also i know kudzu can kill podfolks, since it chokes out light fully under the right mutations. and there is the act of super kudzu beyond all other kudzu as a desperate measure, suicide with it give birth to speed kudzu of like -3 also if your going full botanist, get killers tomatoes too. with some grass base as soil maker and gaia fertilizer to make gardens on the go. and killer wise, there is nothing stopping you from manipulating them to alternate uses, outside of just waking them up baseline. i find making them tfrost oil cloud with lots of water does wonders to toss out. maybe even a little tesla shock too on impact. if your going for botanist, go FULL Bio Weapon Ist.
@@BlightCosmos depends on how powerful you make the killers really, there damage doesn't scale of potency, it scales of endurance stat. so you only need to use a few numbers to scare them of at the time. you could also slap in chems to stop them from harm with pax, this also affects attacking kudzu as a hostile action. if you dont want to murder to much there a tool to discourage them from going near certain area's. and if they push to hard back you add in a few more per wave. killers on there own cant kill crew either unless it sentient petlike creatures, they only crit baseline crew. its a juggle if you want to control the lethally of it. z levels garden is your friend here as in the clip.

Does TG have smoke machines? If they do, a smoke machine could be loaded up with plant killer to gas out the Kudzu and any pod people, right? Or even just make plant killer smoke grenades.
You can bind on some servers through the settings menus. But servers like Beestation forbid binding of emotes and macros. Just use your servers mentor help. 🤷♂️

you can strap chemical grenades to spears, when thrown or melee'd (it hits something) it instantly activates the grenade, its mostly used for explosives but you can put anything in a chem grenade if you want, including mutagens for funny shenanigans
he wasnt using c4, he had an elance, its basically a spear with a chemical grenade strapped to it, it instantly releases whats in the grenade when it hits something (thrown or melee), basically used mostly for ranged instant explosives or a suicide rush
