  • In this video I replace the wear guides, the standard bucket coupler, and some of the bushings and pins on the extendable arm to take out some of the slop in the bucket.
I attribute my successes to god and give him the glory.
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of god: not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which god hath before ordained that we should walk in them. (Ephesians 2:8-10)

Great work! Your time spent editing and attention to detail is top notch! I always enjoy seeing a new JD 410 video. It's good to know there are folks like yourself willing to show others how it's done!

I hated working on our backhoes and dozers. I didn’t mind the tri axles and loaders but heavy work gets old😂. Great job as usual Jason.

Thank you. It went better then I thought it was gonna go. Messy though, I didn’t get away without backing into a greasy spot. Almost made it.

Thank you. It went easier then I though it would. I was dreading separating the extension but it wasn’t that bad.

Well done and it didn't seem too bad except for swingin the hammer like Thor. I've seen that trick of welding a bead around inside of races never thought about bushings.

Welding on the bushings worked pretty well. It gave a spot for the pins to push against when I drove them out too. I was gonna use threaded rod to press them in until I realized I didn’t have any and couldn’t get any quickly.

Not stupid faces, the faces of a man hard at work doing a very tough job by himself.

Never taken one of these apart. Always wondered what was in there.

They are Jbl tune 510bt. I got them on a sale for $20. I can get phone calls through them too, and the battery will last for more than the work day. I use them quite a bit.

Why not rebuild the extendahoe cylinder while it was apart
