Congratulations to you guys . Please help me with the answer. I want to apply for Occupations in demand for Nova Scotia (TIEER 5__Light duty cleaner). My question is: Can I use a Nigerian Police report while my Reference letter is from a company in Dubai where I work. OR I will need to get a police report from Dubai as well.
Wow I'm so inspired and fired up by this video. I have a bachelors degree in engineering with 5 years experience but not masters, do I stand a chance? and please how did you prepare for your IELTS? Im considering the Express entry/PNP. Thanks
Hello. You get points for having a close relative (eg first cousin, brother, sister, uncle, aunty etc) if you apply for Manitoba provincial nominee program. You can research on it further.
I am more encouraged, thank you so much. I will like to know, I looked for the video you talked about hubby changing his Noc to legal assistant, I want to know the effect it had on this journey, because this is what I want to do, change from corporate counsel to legal administrative assistant. Thank you.
I believe changing his NOC made our nomination from Manitoba faster as legal assistant is not a regulated profession, compared to law. However, the change made our federal application slower because his new job description did not match what was on his firm's website. However, he was able to smoothe it out with a letter of explanation. I'd say our situation was unique though as it's not everyone's firm or company that has a website and stuff like that. So changing your NOC shouldn't generally affect your application. It might even make getting nomination easier.
Wow, thank you for sharing. I have a question regarding the proof of funds. You got LOA in June 28th, does this mean the money should have been in your account since January?
For Manitoba, you need to show at least three months bank statement so in our case, we only submitted our bank statement from March. However, we've had our money in our account from January.
Thank you for sharing. Please a quick clarification on the change of NOC, did you do that after receiving provincial nomination or before? Because I did a few changes on NOC just briefly after creation of my EE profile
You do not need to pay to enter the pool but it is wise to check you meet their eligibility requirement. Payment comes after they give you an ITA - Invitation to Apply
Your wonderful story is encouragement to me, please can you give me contact for the French training but physical and online. Because i just took the decision to go for the French option yesterday morning and got this your wonderful video in evening.
These groups are usually very strict groups, in terms of who joins. The only groups I'm in at the moment are related to Winnipeg. You'll have to join groups depending on the stage you are in the process. I would advice you to ask people in the same stage as you. You never know, they may be in groups that could be helpful to you or know who is in one.
Thank you 😊. Awwn, just have faith and keep finding ways to boost your points. As long as you're in the pool, there is hope. What question do you have about the MPNP ?
@@omoaribidesi thank you for responding . I submitted my EOI but lost 100 point because my occupation was regulated and I was asked if I had a Manitoba license to practice which obviously I do not.

Thanks for sharing this. I gained from it. I'm a nurse, hoping to look 4 work when i get there. No children yet, i just clocked 46, my hubby 51. Do we stand a chance? If yes, how much should be our proof of funds cos i just applied for credential assessment. Also, when can we start saving 4 it?
Because I'm not an immigration consultant, my knowledge of the immigration opportunities available for people over the age of 45 is quite limited so I can't really speak much on that. That's not to discourage you though. I'm sure there are a number of options that you can explore, such as work permit. It'd be better if you talk to an immigration consultant though just to get the proper guidance.
True, the point you get decreases as you age. But from the Canadian government website, you still score point until you are 59. But go for the PNP - you do have a chance there more. - That is the route I took to come over and I was older than you when I did and got my PR. Saskatchewan PNP is for me the easiest - that is my opinion though
Yup. Nothing stops you from applying to more than one province though I believe you can only accept nomination from one. Manitoba does not like when you apply to other provinces asides them sha

How do you join a watsap group of same people waiting on application?
Sorry for responding late. You don't need to find out about people that applied around the same time you did.
Was your profession regulated and if yes how did you go about it for the mpnp
Your profession isn't relevant for mpnp if you're an international applicant to my understanding.
