I guess I'm going to simp with the rest of you here. This woman is truly something special. Just so easy going but yet her workouts are awesome. Has a lot of muscle mass yet her face and voice is very much a lady. She doesn't appear to have an ego like 99% of "quote" fitness women. Love the lack of music in these videos as well.

Hi.. One question what do you thing about Malt-o-meal for breakfast before a CrossFit workout. Luv ur workout.
When camping I rake some coals out to the side of my fire and put the corn down in the coals with the husks in tack, let it cook till the husks are scorched black all around. Pill the husks back and you have a handle, best corn on the cob you'll ever eat .
