Isn’t the dx commander a fan vertical?
I use copper water pipe with a garden hose fitting soldered on and use eater from my tap to power a water drill and have had no major issues drilling into most non-rocky ground...
I keep hearing folks mention #6 stranded wire for the ground, is that option better than 1/2” wide grounding strap?
Great video except that MFJ is seizing operation. They are not making anything new, and there's just selling off their old stock now. I have both a MLA30, and KW180 antenna, which work well but don't break the bank. I tried to order an MFJ Discone, but the shipping fee was over 100 pounds so I said no.
