Great video! I just got my CDL last week and applied to a few companies on the amazon freight partner program site where all the third party companies are. Still waiting to hear back but this video gave me hope because I’ve been stressed tryna find a job lol
I got hired for a 3rd party right out of school. But they want me to go to a training program or Tag along with a driver for a couple days for free. Any one else have this same situation?
For free? That’s a lil Wild. Never supposed to work or train for free. I trained with another driver for 2 days but punched in just like everybody else
Hello I work with Amazon direct Amazon Tom team.Sense I work inside the warehouse to start with. So my question is can you list a few names of Third party companies that pay $1 per mile for regional and OTR?BC the Amazon Tom team only offer me local and yard driving Hostler.
Most of the ones I’ve come across want experience. I’ve found 1 that was like “oh we’ll train people” however they been bs’ing - pulled all my reports and sent me for drug test and then crickets 🤦🏽♀️.

I seen 2 so far. Not much but a 50 cent raise at 6 months and another 50 cent raise at my 1 year

In pennsylvania the freight partners are looking for a year experience. Its the same in b more as well as I've called around to find out.
