I would agree that trading forex attracts a lot of fraudster, preying on gullible people. Afterall, it is quite a risky business if you don't know what you are doing! You can lose a lot of money very quickly. One should not be fooled by the prospects of big money, but actually learn how to trade online and then ...only then proceed to open up an account with a brokerage firm.

Both markets are traded similarly because they are leveraged products bought & sold speculatively, they are just driven by different fundamentals.

There's a difference between making a lot of money and being rich. Forex will make you lose a lot of money FIRST but if you won't give up you'll gain IMMENSE knowledge on how forex works and if willing to learn then you'll probably be rich if it matters anymore.
