My name is Peder B. Helland and I am a composer. The channel you are visiting now is my official artist channel here on RUclips, where I share my work across different genres. I am also known for being the creator of Soothing Relaxation, a channel dedicated to relaxation, beautiful nature and peaceful music. *LONG STORY*
I have always been very fond of film music, especially tracks that really make you feel something while you listen. Most of the time I don't make music for specific projects. I simply make what I want to make.
After I started composing and sharing music on RUclips around the age of 15, I noticed that many people enjoyed my relaxing tracks in particular. That inspired me to create Soothing Relaxation, a dedicated channel for relaxation and winding down.
On Soothing Relaxation I share long or extended versions of my tracks, music playlists and other videos for relaxation. For your listening pleasure, ads are never enabled during or after any of the videos (only before the video starts). This way you don't have to worry about ads waking you up in the middle of the video. Just make sure to disable auto-play in order to make sure a new video doesn't suddenly start playing.

Your healing music for meditation has really helped me. I could not fall asleep. Your music always lure me to sleep and that is why I decided to create a RUclips channel to help people in my condition. Thanks to your channel. I could not eat. I will stay awake all night because I had lost someone. Then I also lost a job a year later. It was the worst time of my life.
