But Philippine may not outstanding in this field that you can see the fail of SEA Game 2019 in Manila. Actually, Philippine had confirmed hosting MU2018 but cancelled and Thailand help MU to hosting with just 2 months for preparing the event and it's great as everyone see.
Actuallay there are proposed stage lay out and opening dresses sadly the MUO did not give freedom to the Philippines in terms of production. I remembered that there is a stage inspired of the sun in the Philippines flag that they actually used during the terno fashion show in vigan but a lot simpler. An event organizer of the pageant also said that they just gave freedom with the prepageant activities but not the pageant proper.

Yung triple format just killed the element of surprise, in previous editions bulagaan ang labanan mula sa entrance but with this format, wala na kita mo na sya naka tayo lang dun habang narampa ang ivang kandidata. also i shortened their presentation, mas maganda pa din na may kanya kanya silang eksena mula paglabas sa stage hangang sa pag exit
normally in previous editions, swimsuit and evening gowns segment usually lasts for more than 10 minutes with atleast 2-3 different songs, but in this batch the segments only took 5 minutes, I think they should lessen the talk times everytime they trim down the finalists, I miss the old miss universe format where its glits and glamour and the pageant focuses on the girls performance
