This doctor is a fool!
This is gross you need to wash with mild soaps and shampoo your hair . You must remove dead skin cells
He must smell very bad I feel bad for his wife
He smells nice trust me I met him once
Our skin only needs water to wash. Soaps are overrated. Only time I would use soap is if I was working on my car and I'm really dirty. Otherwise no soap. After a day of sweating, like sports for example, still no soap. Same with the hair, no shampoo or conditioner needed. God created us in such a way that our skin and hair only need water. You never smell and your skin and hair are optimally healthy.
If you have been using soap and shampoo all your life, it will take a month or two for the skin to regulate its natural oil and sebum production. At first you will experience breakouts, etc, but after the period of adaptation, everything will start to look and feel really nice. This works best with cold or lukewarm water. The colder, the better. Hot water is a luxury we don't need. We really are spoiled. 👍
@@1Corinthians15.1-4 I really wanna try this I’ve even been dealing with hair loss and have body acne due to over washing. You have any tips for the begging to maintain my body?
@@moey2457 Minoxidil works but high protein in your diet also works. Just wash with water using normal rubbing action as usual (pretend you're using soap/shampoo).
@@1Corinthians15.1-4 okay thank you also my armpits are very smelly now any tips for that?
Their skin is dry because they don’t lotion after they shower with soap. Got to use soap then lotion.
@One Man That’s because what people think is soap is actually detergent! Detergent is harsh and strips the skin. Not soap.
@One Man this isn't really an argument, just an acknowledgement that Mama is right and that using lotion fixes the issues you have with "soap", which means you have nothing of value to say.
pretty sure a lot of things are "disturbing the skin's natural balance" such as foreign bacteria, foreign chemicals, etc
