Mine is 110k but my cabinetry is high gloss, Sub-zero, Wolf and Miele appliances, Blum mechanism (including servo drive), quartz countertop, Blanco sink and faucets, strip lights inside my display cabinets etc. I think she was hoodwinked by her contractor.

I, luckily, found a brand new apartment that has a similar style and it’s affordable. I can’t wait to move there once that time comes! 100 K is good - she has high quality items in this kitchen. Contractors and Subcontractors are not cheap. Glad to see that you love the kitchen of your dreams.
Brown 2 sticks of butter then once cool cream with 1 1/2 cups brown sugar + 1/4 cup white sugar. In a separate bowl mix 2 1/4 cups flour, 1/2 Tsp salt, and 1 1/2 tsp baking soda. Once butter and sugar is blended add 1 tbsp Greek yogurt, 2 tsp vanilla, 1 egg + 1 egg yolk and blend until combined. Add dry to wet and stir. Then add 3/4 cups dark chocolate and 3/4 semi-sweet chocolate. Refrigerate dough over night or place in freezer until it’s cooled. Scoop and roll into balls and bake for 9-11 min. Sprinkle with sea salt after you pull them out. It was so good Oprah Magazine covered it in their picnic issue last summer 😉

We did have to break down a wall and add a supporting beam. That added in a bit to our cost. If you already have an open floor plan the costs will probably be a bit less. The other big expense we weren't anticipating was the appliances.
@@omidnamin9004 Nope! That is a legit # for the amount of work she did/appliances. The range alone is about 12/13k Fridge is about another 11,000 I'm at the start of our kitchen remodel and mine is at 115k and I'm sure all the extras will raise that number. You have to keep in mind opening-up walls and resizing window openings etc are costly. PLUS you get what you pay for. Can't go cheap when you are doing a full-blown kitchen remodel.

I custom built my kitchen and it cost me $75000 which included subzero and wolf appliances 🤗 yours is definitely bigger so $100k is reasonable 👍🤗
