Does Bryce canyon also have similar free shuttle busses into the Bryce canyon?

It's illegal for persons to ride in a towed vehicle. I can't do it with my travel trailer, how come Zion gets away with one bus towing another bus? I assume there are people in the towed vehicle.

The riding in a trailer bus, such as those in use at Zion national park, is legal. A trailer bus is a specifically designed vehicle which uses a trailer with similar safety features to that of the tow vehicle, which in this case is a bus. Also, due to the fact that the roadways of Zion national park are federal property, because of this fact the buses, which are also owned by the national park service and the federal government, are allowed to traverse the Zion national park roadways with visitors riding in the specifically designed trailer bus style vehicle. Also note, the shuttle bus in the local town is not pulling a trailer, because it is not on federal land, but is driving on the roadways of the local municipality like any civilian or government owned vehicle.
