yes, as long as you have game pass ultimate, you should have the notification for the perks, then once you redeem it, it will go to whatever account you have game pass on i.e. your xbox. Providing your account is linked, once you claim them from your xbox, it will be available for your other platform. for me I play on both steam and xbox and my account is linked, after I claimed them from xbox, when I switch to steam, they are available because my account is linked

My friend, if you have game pass ultimate and you play the first descendant, you claim the perks, redeem it, it will go to your first descendant in game account, claim the rewards from there just like I show.
