It is quite simple, as PAGETS DISEASE is associated with abnormal bone remodelling.
and BONE REMODELING includes both
OSTEOBLASTIC : deposition of bone.
OSTEOLYTIC : removal of bone.
So to conclude we can say that in abnormal bone remodelling there will be OSTEOBLASTIC as well as OSTEOLYTIC phases occuring simultaneously.
I hope you understood.
and that is what PAGETS disease is abnormal at.
