Skipping breakfast - I've been going that for almost 35 years. I perform intermittent fasting and therefore I don't eat till mid day - my body thanks me for it. I'm less bloated and got more energy. It's not for everyone but if I eat first thing - I'll be sick and it happens every time so I skip it.
