    In SEM, if we got negative relationship between two factors, then what will be the interpretation for testing the hypothesis.

      That indicates that there is an negative impact of X on Y. For example Stress(x) and Exam Score (y) . If we run a SEM analysis and if the result are negative we will conclude that stress has a negative impact on exam score. It all depends on how you have hypothised the relationship
